All payments made to Better than Before are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Once a payment is processed, we cannot issue refunds, prorate charges, or provide partial reimbursements, regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or personal circumstances.

Subscription Management

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle through your account settings. Your access to Better than Before will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances
​
In rare cases, such as duplicate charges or billing errors, we encourage you to contact our support team at betterthanbeforeibs@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction for review. While we do not guarantee refunds, we will assess the issue and work toward a resolution.
